Charging fails to start or stops automatically
- Possible causes:
1. Physical connection issues: Charging gun not fully inserted; foreign objects/oxidation on the gun head or vehicle port.
2. Communication handshake failure: Incompatible communication protocols between the vehicle's BMS (Battery Management System) and the pile; or the vehicle hasn't completed operator authentication (one vehicle bound to one card).
3. Safety protection triggered: Insulation test failure; electronic lock malfunction.
- Priority troubleshooting steps:
1. Re-plug the charging gun, ensuring you hear a "click" (locking sound).
2. Check that the charging port and gun head are clean and dry.
3. Check the charging app or pile screen for clear error messages (e.g., "Communication timeout", "Insulation fault", etc.).
