Product Description
Company ProfileCL TECH informationCL TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the Tangxia Town, close to the Dongguan South railway station, with convenient transportation. The company covers an area of 6000 square meter, the total number of employees approximately 45 +, engineering and technical personnel 15 people, about 18 + production,Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the service tenet of "integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into mold manufacturing", fully aware that each customer's needs are unique, and provides comprehensive customized mold&molding services. We implemented the PMP management to ensure that each project is completed efficiently and with guaranteed quality, dedicated to meeting customers' delivery dates and providing market-competitive services. We offer you a comprehensive service & solution for injection moulding of engineering plastic components with part weights up to 5 kgs.
Our injection moulding shop is equipped with a variety of modern high-precision conventional injection moulding machines in the 60 Ton to 1300 Ton range and supporting equipment like Hot Oil MTC. All moulded products are processed using reliable moulding principles with the best-experienced operators, ensuring the best quality possible. We have you covered with the best injection molding cost. With an eye for fine details. We take care of every aspect of molding. Often we hear questions like, What causes bubbles in plastic injection molding? Moisture in the raw material causes this. We ensure pre-heating before molding to avoid such defects.Product design & plastics optimizationsWe have an experienced development team who help you with engineering design.Product development is the key to a successful optimal-designed product. The design defines the final quality of the product. Selection of plastic materials, calculations for simulations in CAE-FE modelling & analysis. Optimizing designs with CAD & creating high-quality 3D models using the latest software to develop a virtual product, & each part is designed, We shall be glad to help you redesign existing products that could be optimized to provide you with better performance characteristics and or improved weight efficiency to achieve cost reductions with improved performance.

A:Yes! This parts cost estimator is provided for informational purposes only. It offers a general estimate based on current pricing data, but actual costs may vary depending on part availability, brand selection, labor, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.
Q:What size machines do you have?
A:Our smallest machine is 90 tons/120T/240T/350T/500T/800T and our largest is 1500 tons.
Q:How much do molds cost?
A:Could you please sent us your design&3D with STP format we'll get right back to you as soon as possible
Q:Do you have assembly capabilities?
A:Yes,Our Secondary Services and Assembly department is fully staffed
Q:Are you ISO-registered?
A:We are ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifiedQ:What is your standard lead-time for parts?
A:Lead-times vary on capacity. CL TECH purposely has several machines in each size category. From our small machines up to our 1500-ton injection machine, we have more than one machine to complete your orders.Q:Can you make my product from 100% recycled material?
A:Yes. CL TECH is one of the largest consumers of recycled and reprocessed material.
Q:Can you make me a prototype part?
A:Yes, We can help you work with a reputable prototyping house and assist you with the design process to get your product to market quickly.Q: How do I choose the right material/polymer for my part?
A:The range of materials to choose from is extensive and seeking the right advice is key to the success of your project. Both from a cost/performance point of view don't over specify the material as it will increase the cost of each part. If possible select material which are readily available and there are a number of alternatives to choose from.Q: What design services do you offer?
A:We can assist you in design and develop finished productsQ:How to avoid Warp When Using Injection Moulding?A:Design a part with walls too thin for the target material and it's likely to curl up like a potato chip. This is called warp, and is easily avoided by following the same rules used with sink, namely staying within the general wall thickness guidelines. Parts with internal support structures—gussets to support thin walls, or ribbing of large flat surfaces—fare best against warp.
